Project Goal & Challenge

TM “BCGUMA,” a leading Ukrainian manufacturer and distributor of high-quality rubber auto parts for European and Asian vehicles, aimed to expand its digital presence across the European market through a professional, multilingual platform.


One of the key goals was to develop a fully responsive website available in English, Polish, and Ukrainian. This would serve as a powerful tool for attracting international partners and wholesale clients.


A critical technical challenge was implementing automated order integration with warehouse systems to streamline and accelerate wholesale transactions. Additionally, the company needed to automate the product creation workflow, ensuring a consistent and uninterrupted availability of parts.


Another major requirement was the development of an online catalog in the form of a dynamic, downloadable PDF. This catalog needed to be instantly updated with every product change and available for print in all three supported languages.


TM “BCGUMA” also requested real-time synchronization between their website and a partner’s website operating in a different region, to guarantee unified product and order data.


Finally, to support easy navigation and filtering, every product had to be correctly linked to its corresponding vehicle make and model, helping users find the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Our Solution

To meet TM “BCGUMA”’s needs, we developed a multilingual e-commerce platform with full support for English, Polish, and Ukrainian. The site features smooth language switching and localized content to engage partners across Europe.


We implemented automated integration with the warehouse system, allowing wholesale orders to be processed quickly and accurately, reducing manual work.


A smart product creation system was built to automate the listing of new items and maintain up-to-date inventory, ensuring uninterrupted availability.


We also added a real-time PDF catalog generator in three languages. Each time new products are added, the catalog updates instantly and is ready for printing or offline use.
